The illegal Arab squatters on the property have exhausted their appeals and the final decision will be made soon in the Israeli Supreme Court. This is the culmination of a 5 year legal battle and a huge step toward bringing the project to fruition.
Nof Shmuel is the name of a group of new neighborhoods projected to eventually comprise approximately 150 new homes just north of Ramat Shlomo and the Ramot forest, and only 400 meters the Bentzion Netanyahu interchange on the Menachem Begin Highway.
